Crazy matchday, this...

Neat start to Serie A, nothing predictable about it.... Just goes on to prove the strength in depth of the league. Its the games against the minnows that usually decides the scudetto... thats a theory which always simplifies my analysis.

But so far this season, its only increasing the confusion...

The 3 recently promoted teams all won, beating Milan, Fiorentina & Palermo in the process. Fiorentina got out-thgought at Lecce, Milan got out-played and out-run at Cesena; Palermo got out-scored by Brescia.... and Juve just got "out-ed" ;) Inter are struggling to assert their superiority against teams in the current relegation zone... while Roma got thumped, exposing their fragile mentality once again. Lil Chievo top the league with the only 100% record left after 2 rounds... Cesena & Cagliari occupy CL qualifying spots...

Its a fantasy start... As Mr McDonalds puts it, I'm lovin' it!!
